At Blume Med Spa, we are committed to providing the highest quality care in a relaxing and professional environment. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review our policies before your appointment.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is ours! To best accommodate all of our guests, we require:

  • A credit card on file to reserve your appointment.

  • A 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee or a percentage of the scheduled service.

Arrival & Late Policy

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and paperwork. If you arrive late:

  • Your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service.

Consultations & Treatment Plans

  • A consultation is required for new clients to ensure we tailor treatments to your unique needs.

  • Some treatments may require a deposit, which will be applied to your service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for your health.

Payment & Financing

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and financing options through third-party providers.

  • All services are final sale—we do not offer refunds on treatments.

  • Packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred for another service upon approval.

Medical & Health Considerations

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your treatment.

  • Certain services may require medical clearance or additional documentation.

  • We do not treat minors under 18 years old without parental consent.

Product Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened skincare products may be returned within 7 days for store credit.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Respect & Etiquette

  • We maintain a professional, tranquil environment—please silence your phone during your visit.

  • We love your littles, but children will need to accompany parents into treatment rooms– they may not stay alone in the lobby. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal and medical information is always kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and industry standards.
